We are a leading supplier of quarry materials including crushed rock, aggregates, and sand, servicing civil contractors, builders, landscapers, and councils across the Geelong region. With a reputation for reliability and quality, we’re expanding our sales team to meet growing demand.
Overview of role:
As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our business in the field. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored product solutions, and drive sales growth across the region.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
Provide expert advice on quarry products and their applications
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records and report on sales activity
Knowledge and experience required:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction or civil building materials
Preferred experience in geotechnical, quarry, or civil industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Knowledge of quarry products or willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the Geelong region
